Perkins Development Group, a Southern California design-build firm has been working with a wide array of clients in residential project construction for almost a decade.

Design / Build The Design/Build process allows everyone to participate early in the design phase of the project. This saves time and money and also reduces risks to ensure a smoother the construction process.

WORK WITH THE BEST CONTRACTORS All of our subcontractors are pre-qualified to ensure that our standards are met for your particular project. All subcontractor work is supervised by our staff to make sure the project stays on schedule, and any issues that arise are quickly remedied.
